General Terms & Acceptance

By accessing the bdy99 platform or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully and unconditionally agreed to all the terms and conditions listed below. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

All financial transactions on bdy99 can be completed through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

3.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• All deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000.
• Example: A ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Maximum example: A deposit of ৳12,000 or more earns a bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

• To withdraw bonus funds, you must complete a 15x wagering requirement on the bonus amount.
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus.
• If bonus funds are misused or used fraudulently, the bonus will be cancelled.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer applies only once per account, household, address, and payment method.
• bdy99 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.
• If there is any ambiguity in bonus terms, bdy99's interpretation is final.

VIP Program & Loyalty Policy

bdy99's VIP program has three tiers. Advancing to each tier comes with weekly cashback benefits. Promotions are determined based on active participation and regular loyalty to the platform.

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% cashback per week.

VIP cashback is credited to accounts at a set time each week. The amount, availability, and decisions regarding tier changes are entirely at bdy99's discretion. bdy99 reserves the right to change VIP program terms at any time.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play Policy

• Bets linked to match fixing or any illegal activity will be cancelled.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the bdy99 platform. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

• Claiming bonuses through fraudulent or illegal means.
• Attempting to gain benefits by creating multiple accounts.
• Using third-party software or bots to operate an account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's security systems.
• Operating an account using a false identity.

In the event of account closure, any valid balance is generally refunded, however in cases of fraudulent activity the balance may be forfeited.
